Creator Program FAQ
How do I get paid?
Two ways. Patient-creators get their GLP-1 medication covered for as long as they're in the program. And every creator — patient or promoter — earns $50 for each friend who starts treatment through their link, paid by PayPal, Venmo or Zelle once a provider approves the friend and 30 days have passed. No cap.
Do I have to take the medication?
No. If you'd rather promote without treatment, choose the promoter track when you apply. You get the same link, code and portal to track referrals and payouts.
What does my audience get?
Our standard first-month price, plus $20 off their second month when they sign up through your link — applied automatically, nothing to type.
What if I'm not approved medically?
GLP-1 medications aren't right for everyone. If you applied as a patient-creator and our medical team determines you're not a good candidate, we'll let you know — and you can still join as a promoter. Your health comes first.
How long is the commitment?
We ask for a 6-month initial commitment. This gives enough time to see real results and create meaningful content. After 6 months, we can discuss renewal.
Do I need to use specific hashtags or links?
Yes, you'll need to use proper FTC disclosures (#ad, #sponsored, or #weightmethod) and we'll provide you with a trackable link or code for your audience.
Can I work with other brands?
You cannot promote competing weight loss medications or telehealth platforms. Other brand partnerships (fitness, lifestyle, etc.) are fine.
What happens to my content?
You retain ownership of your content. We ask for a license to repurpose your content on our channels (with credit). You can also use any content for your own portfolio.
