Your health information is handled with the highest level of care. WhileWeight Method is not a covered entity under HIPAA, we apply HIPAA-aligned security practices to protect your health data. Our partner healthcare providers are HIPAA-compliant and bound by their own privacy obligations.

5. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and using our services, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Weight Method. These messages may include:

• Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
• Treatment plan updates and order status notifications
• Links to access your patient portal
• Occasional promotional offers related to your treatment

Opt-in: You opt in to receive text messages when you provide your phone number during the quiz or booking process. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 12 messages per month depending on your treatment activity and, if you consented to them, occasional promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all SMS communications. Weight Method is not responsible for carrier charges.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for the communications described above.
