5. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and using our services, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Weight Method. These messages may include:

• Links to download our mobile app or access your patient portal

Opt-in: You opt in to receive text messages when you provide your phone number during the quiz or booking process. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on your treatment activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all SMS communications. Weight Method is not responsible for carrier charges.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for the communications described above.
